Consulting and Coaching Terms of Agreement
One Call Blueprint Mentorship Course
This Agreement is made by and between the Participant (“participant/I/me”) and FamilyCo, LLC (“FamilyCo/team”) regarding my participation and the Team’s delivery of FamilyCo’s High Ticket Sales One Call Blueprint Course (“the course”), as independent contracting parties. This document is intended to help each of us come into deep clarity and agreement regarding the details of our working relationship. This is a formal initiation of our work together and is anchored in gratitude, trust, impeccable integrity and responsible communication.
CONSULTING AND COACHING
The Course includes both a consulting and coaching component. In the consulting role, the Team will be providing specific advice, information, documents, and feedback that is recommended to improve performance results based on experience, knowledge, measures, and insight. In the coaching role, the Team may ask me to examine contextual questions, entertain a new perspective, roleplay, and confront ways of being that do not support my goals. I am encouraged to think of the team’s consulting and coaching services as a trusted source designed to bring about the highest results possible. And, I agree that I will apply my own judgment and use the Course in the way that ultimately serves me best.
CONTENT
The education and information given through FamilyCo’s Course is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, nor should it be construed as, specific advice, investment advice, medical opinion, or counseling tailored to any individual.
I understand and agree that the information from the Course is for my personal use only and as it applies to my personal business, and may not be sold, tape recorded, videotaped, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise divulged without the express written consent of FamilyCo or its designated agent.
RELEASE & LIABILITY WAIVER
In consideration of my participation in the Course, the undersigned, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns do hereby release, waive, acquit, discharge, indemnify, defend, and forever hold harmless FamilyCo and its owners, subsidiaries, principals, directors, employees, agents, heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns and any of the staff or students taking part in the training in any way as well as the venue/medium where the Course are being held or delivered, and damages of whatever nature or kind in law or in equity arising from my participation.
FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
In receiving the Course, I commit to pay the full amount of the Course investment as already verbally agreed upon, in either a lump sum or a payment plan. I authorize the Team to charge my credit or debit card, or cash my check, as payment for my participation in the Course. I agree to be responsible for a full payment for the entire investment of the Course, regardless of whether I have chosen to pay by lump sum or payment plan. Once the second call of the Course begins, I understand that 100% of the total agreed-upon investment is non-refundable. If a refund is granted prior to the second call, the amount deposited or paid will be refunded less a 10% reversal fee.
FUNDAMENTAL COMMITMENT
I agree to show up, and to actively and authentically engage the process, as fully as I am ready, willing and able. The Team agrees to show up, and to actively and authentically engage the process with me, as fully as the Team is ready, willing and able.
I have read this document, and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this consent, waiver, indemnification and release. This consent, waiver, indemnification and release is binding on me, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns. I am 18 years of age or older and I am competent to contract in my own name. Both parties agree email or fax is sufficient for delivering this agreement.
My acceptance of an on-line invitation to the course content (housed on Ruzuku.com) and/or my participation in a course training call immediately activates this agreement as binding between me, the Participant, and FamilyCo.
